This hard-won experience coupled with expert knowledge of Programming and Scheduling, Contract Administration, Critical Path Analysis and Resource Loading, allows us to plan our client’s entire project from start to finish, whilst accurately allocating the time and resources needed to get the job done.

Once we have created your programme schedule, we can also keep it up to date and fully revised for you, by monitoring progress, logging RFI’s and Instructions and providing commentary and reports on progress, potential claims for extension of time, and risk events which may impact your completion date. 

We enhance your management team’s ability by ensuring that they are always on the pulse of the project and able to make timely, educated and informed critical decisions. We can also provide specific training for Site and Project Managers, tailored to suit the team’s level of experience, on how to use the programme to its full capability as a day to day management tool for maximum site efficiency.
